How it works:
After all 100 squares have been purchased, we will randomly assign numbers on the column and rows. The numbers on each side of the grid represent the last digit of the AFC team's score and the other represents the last digit of the NFC team's score, and whoever has that square when the quarter ends, wins.
Payouts:
First Quarter: $200
2nd Quarter: $200
3rd Quarter: $200
Final Score: $400
Pet Pride will be awarded $1,000!
All players who have provided an email address will be notified as the contest progresses.
Should all squares not sell, payout will be as follows:
First Quarter: 10% (of up to $2,000)
2nd Quarter: 10% (of up to $2,000)
3rd Quarter: 10% (of up to $2,000)
Final Score: 20% (of up to $2,000)
Pet Pride will be awarded 50% (of up to $2,000)
If the winning square is empty, the player holding the square to the right of the empty square will be awarded.
OFFICIAL RULES OF THE PET PRIDE BIG GAME SQUARES CONTEST
The Pet Pride Big Game Squares Contest (the “Contest”) is being conducted and sponsored by Pet Pride of New York, Incorporated, a New York not-for-profit corporation having an address at 7731 Victor Mendon Rd, Victor, NY 14564 (“Sponsor”). The Contest will be hosted on SuperBowlPoolSite.com (the “Website”). The Contest starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 26,2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 8, 2025 or until all Squares eligible for purchase in this Contest, as detailed below, have been purchased(the “Entry Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open only to persons who: (a) are legal residents and physically reside within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or Guam; and (b) are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in his or her state of residence at the time of entry) (each the “Entrant” or collectively the “Entrants”).
HOW TO PURCHASE A SQUARE
1. During the Entry Period, the Entrant should go to the Website to purchase squares (each the “Square” and collectively the “Squares”) for the professional football game scheduled to occur on February 9, 2025 at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana (the “Big Game”). You do not need to create an account or password on the Website to participate in the Contest.
2. The Entrant will be asked to provide the following information to participate in the Contest: (a) first name, (b) last name, (c) the name the Entrant would like to appear on the Big Game Squares grid (the “Grid”) and (d)email address.
3. A total of one hundred (100) Squares will be on the Grid and available for purchase at a price of $20 per Square. The Entrant can purchase up to ten (10)Squares. After the Entrant selects Square(s), a representative of Sponsor will reach out to the Entrant through email for payment of the Square(s). Payment options are as follows: (a) Venmo, (b) PayPal or (c) check made payable and delivered to “Pet Pride of NY”.
4. By participating in the Contest, the Entrant is affirming his/her agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor shall have the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to immediately disqualify any Entrant that Sponsor suspects to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or otherwise. Entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void.
CONTEST RULES AND HOW TO WIN
1. After all Squares on the Grid have been purchased and include an Entrant’s names, Sponsor will randomly assign numbers (0-9) to the Squares on the Grid through the Website. The numbers on the top of the Grid will correspond to the last digit of the American conference (AFC) team's score and the left side of the Grid will correspond to the last digit of the National conference (NFC)team's score during each quarter of the Big Game (each, the “Quarter”).
2. The Entrant with the correct digit at the end of Quarter 1, the end of Quarter 2 (Halftime), the end of Quarter 3, and the end of Quarter 4 (unless the Big Game is tied) will be declared the winner of that quarter (each the “Winner and collectively the “Winners”). If the Big Game is tied at the end of Quarter 4 and goes into overtime, the final score of the Big Game will be used to determine the final winner of the Contest.
3. An Entrant is eligible to win more than one Quarter in the Contest.
4. If the Big Game is canceled, forfeited, or indefinitely suspended for any reason, the Contest will be cancelled, no prizes will be awarded and all monies paid will be returned to the Entrant.
5. If the Entrant provided an email address, the Entrant will be provided updates as the Contest progresses.
PRIZES
A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded as follows:
Quarter 1 Square Winner- $200
Quarter 2 Square Winner- $200
Quarter 3 Square Winner- $200
Quarter 4 (or Final Big Game Score if there is overtime) Square Winner- $400
In addition, Pet Pride of New York will be awarded $1,000!
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The Winners will be notified by e-mail on or around February 10, 2025 and arrangement for delivery of prizes will be made with the Winner at such time.
ENTRY INFORMATION; COMMUNICATIONS; OPT-OUT
As a condition of entering the Contest, the Entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain, process, store and deliver his or her name, address and other collected information to Sponsor (i) for the purpose of administering the Contest and (ii) to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information the Entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with the Entrant in relation to the Contest and/or for the other purposes specified herein. Collection and use of personally identifiable information will be in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Any email communication from Sponsor or its service providers will contain an Unsubscribe link enabling the Entrant to opt-out of further communications.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
Sponsor reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on Entrants obtained through the Contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. Subject to applicable law, the Winner grants Sponsor, and each of its licensees, and its successors, assigns and sublicensees, the perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable right (but not the obligation), to use any or all of the Winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, identity, social media ID/posts, statements, hometown, and/or biographical information, in any and all media now known or later devised and through any media channels, for any and all purposes (whether commercial, non-commercial, or otherwise), without any further compensation, consideration, notice to, or approval by Winner, except for the awarding of the prize to the Winner. The foregoing license includes the right of Sponsor to modify and/or edit the Winner’s likeness, provided that Sponsor will not modify or edit the Winner’s likeness in a manner that is reasonably likely to be disparaging of the Winner.
INTERNET
Entrant is responsible for all costs or charges involved in accessing the Website and warrants that the cost of accessing the Website, if any, is part of a larger agreement with an Internet Service Provider or some other means, and that the cost of this access is not an incremental cost. If for any reason the Website is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole determination, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest and return any monies paid to the Entrant.
GOVERNING LAW
This Contest and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Waivers, Disclaimers and Releases
By participating in this Contest, an Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all claims, liability, costs, losses, damages or injuries of any kind, whether actual or alleged, arising out of or related to the Entrant’s participation in this Contest (including, without limitation, losses, damages or injuries to Entrant’s or any other person’s equipment or other property, or to their persons, related to participation in this Contest; or arising out of any violation of rights of publicity or privacy, or claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light; or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; or from any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of the Contest.
Miscellaneous
Sponsor reserves the right to change, alter, or amend these Official Rules as necessary, in its sole determination, to ensure the fair administration of the Contest or to comply with applicable law. Any and all decisions of Sponsor regarding the Contest are final.
